The Weather Channel in partnership with The Weather Channel introduces the Wireless Weather Station model WS-9035TWC. This device calculates the wind chill by utilizing a remote sensor attached to a stationary object within 300-feet of the home. In addition, another sensor calculates humidity and wind speed. View the weather forecast on the LCD display. it also tracks the moon phase. One source powers both the main unit and sensor. The device requires 3 AA batteries and 2 AA batteries for the sensors. Batteries not included. The wireless device utilizes the Atomic Clock for date and time. The device can report temperatures in Celsius or Fahrenheit. The cost ranges between $130-$160.
