Compact size and outstanding sound quality are no longer a contradiction. The D-M37’s compact size of 210 mm wide and 310 mm deep allows for simple set-up on any bookshelf. Denon’s popular M-series produces high sound quality based on the “simple & straight” concept providing music playback free of coloration and utterly faithful to the original performance. Striving for perfection, Denon experts combined extensive M-series technology with Ease-of-Use functionalities and comprehensive connectivity including USB, iPod and hard disk.

Aware that it is not possible to obtain satisfying sound simply by strengthening the power amp circuit, Denon has eliminated an additional three sources of noise to ensure that the sound is as clean as possible.

The new concept includes shorter signal paths, separation of digital and analogue sections as well as a precision signal ground circuit for smooth, dynamic sound with negligible distortion. Furthermore, distortion from the input sector, electronic volume and power amp has been suppressed to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and produce an even smoother, dynamic sound.

The SC-M37 speakers were jointly developed with skilled European sound engineers. Key sound parts have been upgraded for optimal performance. A new D.D.L. cone and high definition tweeter with ventilation hole prevent the woofer cone from swelling when the air inside heats up and maintain uniform centering of the diaphragm. Moreover the speakers include a newly developed Crossover network to reproduce the smoothness of natural sound the way only a Denon can.
