Catering to users who like to listen to music on-the-go, Asus has today released the new Asus SP-BT23 Bluetooth Speaker. Stylishly white and compact in size, it is highly portable and embodies the three 'E's of "Easy to Carry", "Easy to Share" and "Excellent Audio Quality". This "Eee" Speaker is thus able to wirelessly provide users with crystal clear sounds – making it the ideal choice for listening to music in outdoor activities or on-the-move.

With dimensions of only 170(W) x 123.5(H) x 54(D) mm a weight of just 400g, the SP-BT23 Bluetooth Speaker is lightweight and easy to carry – making it perfect for users to listen to music while engaging in outdoor activities like picnics, hiking trips and so on. Users need only connect it to an AC/DC 100~240V power supply, or just add 4 AA batteries to be able enjoy listening to their favorite tunes anytime, anywhere.

The SP-BT23 is also fully compatible with any wireless device equipped with a Bluetooth audio output (A2DP profile), which includes notebooks with built-in bluetooth modules, Asus mobile phones like the Asus P735/ P526/ P535/ P550/ P527/ P750/ M530W; and MP3 players. It is also a perfect companion to the Eee PC – providing online music from the web, viewing online movie clips or even enhancing video conferencing conversations! In the event where wireless inputs aren’t available, the SP-BT23 is also equipped with an analogue audio line-in jack with a built-in audio wire in the cover for quick input access.

With an audio output power of dual 2W speakers and a frequency response of 150Hz ~ 20KHz, the SP-BT23 provides premium stereo quality sounds to suit your every audio need. Working hand in hand with the uniquely shaped design, users will be able to utilize its two acoustic modes which are easily accessed via a switch for different audio options in various positions. Additionally, the speaker unit is equipped with a cover design that helps protect the speakers from dust and damage.
