The Splendorous Samsung F400 Is Set For A Gala Debut in France

The ultimate in combined music and mobile phones, the Samsung F400 is set to for release in France in late May, 2008. The Samsung F400 (SGH-F400) is one of the mobile phone introduced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain in February.

The Samsung F400 captures style, pristine sound quality with a digital amplifier by Bang & Olufsen ICEpower technology. It is a Tri-band GSM phone with HSDPA 7.2 Mbps connectivity. It will gradually be released throughout Asia and Europe. Hopefully it will reach North America sometime in 2008.

The uniqueness of the Samsung F400 is in part its sleek design with a 2.2-inch 16M QVGA TFT LCD display. The Samsung F400 when in a slide up mode enables users to make crystal clear mobile calls. When the slide is down it exposes dual stereo speakers and a music player a music fan will find the thrill of a lifetime. A FM tuner is built in along with an embedded application which allows the F400 to recognize various sources and stream content to speakers or alternate 3.5mm head phones.

A Digital Natural Sound Engine built into the Samsung F400 performs as an equalizer creating sound quality heretofore unknown in the mobile phone market. A silver wheel navigator allows users to swiftly navigate among music content and download from the music library. Download speed rivals any 3G cell phone on the market.

In conjunction with cell phone and music player capability, the Samsung F400 has a 3.0 megapixel auto focus digital camera, Bluetooth 2.0 and comes with a 1 GB SD card. The SD slot will handle up to 8 GB external memory making it a ultra portability storage device.

The Samsung F400 has an HSDPA browser which will allow users to surf the Net, access applications and perform a variety of web-based operations. Aside from its functionality and advanced technology the F400 is the ultimate in stark beauty. It currently comes in the colors black and white and is expected to cost in the $600 to $700 range. However, Samsung has not released an official price for the Samsung F400 for US markets.
