The HTC Touch Smartphone is a life saver. I shopped around and this model suits my purposes fine. It is compatible with my preferred carrier Sprint. I can access live shows off my Sprint TV feature. I can keep up with live news from CNN, Fox and a host of other services. The touch screen works flawlessly. I can read e-mails and send e-mails. Take some great pictures and use mobile Bluetooth technology to call friends and clients. This unit cost me only $149 and I chose a Sprint plan that is very reasonable.

The Noteworthy Features:

The touch screen is 3-inches. It's amazing what an extra one-half inch gives you. The 3D screen is easy to read, navigate and works great.

I can read HTML e-mails. This is in addition to other types of formats in Microsoft. It is easy to send IMs. I can access Google and other search engines.

The camera produces some great pictures that are easy to attach to e-mails.

Definitely pick up a SD card with 4GB. This is great for stroing big files, music and programs.

The mobile network is very reliable and with the optional Bluetooth Hands-Free headset true mobile communications is possible. The EV-DO network is exceptional.

I use the audio voice recorder for short notes to myself while I am on a business trip. This is a feature I was looking for and found in the HTC Touch Smartphone. The ability to listen to downloaded music via the SD card is a plus.

Some Suggested Improvements:

A carrying case or waterproof case would have been nice. Maybe it would be too much to ask, but it would be good to include a 2GB SD card.

I am pleased with my purchase and I recommend this HTC Touch Smartphone to anyone.

The lithium battery gives 4 hours of talk time and 240 hours of standby time.
