Occasionally, you may have difficulty finding a device via the PEbuzz search facility. Should this happen, you have two options.

1. Let our team add the device for you. It’s very easy and requires virtually no effort on your part. Click ‘I cannot find my electronics’ on the Search page and enter the device name and model number in a pop-up. Then click the ‘Send’ button. Please provide us with as many details on the device as possible. Think about the manufacturer, model number and technical parameters that distinguish this device from similar models with the same name. For example, there are various storage capacities for the iPod classic. You will be notified by email as soon as your device is added. It usually takes no longer than one business day.
2. Alternatively, add the device yourself. Browse to an appropriate sub-category in our catalog and click on the ‘Add New Device’ button. You will now be taken through the submission process. Enter the product name, description, a few key technical specifications and add product images.
